Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
- Company refers to TripTasia Travels.
- Client / Traveler / Customer refers to any individual or entity using the Company’s services.
- Supplier refers to airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, embassies, insurance companies, and other third parties.
- Booking refers to any confirmed service, ticket, reservation, or package.
- Majeure refers to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, political unrest, or government actions.
Headings are for reference only and shall not affect interpretation.
Company Role & Legal Capacity
TripTasia Travels acts solely as abooking agent, intermediary, and facilitator.
The Company does not own, manage, or control airlines, hotels, transport services, religious facilities, or tour operations.
All services are provided strictly subject to the terms, conditions, and liability limitations of the respective suppliers.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quotation, making a booking, or submitting payment, the client irrevocably accepts these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all bookings, whether made online, via email, WhatsApp, telephone, or in person.
Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are indicative and non-binding until confirmed in writing.
- Prices may change due to:
- Airline fare fluctuations
- Taxes, surcharges, or fuel adjustments
- Exchange rate variations
- Supplier policy changes
- The Company reserves the right to revise prices before final payment.
Payments & Financial Obligations
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is required before ticket issuance, hotel confirmation, visa submission, or tour operation.
- Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation without liability.
Ticket Issuance & Travel Documents
- Tickets are issued strictly based on passenger details provided by the client.
- Errors must be reported within 24 hours of issuance.
- The Company shall not be liable for losses due to incorrect information supplied by the client.
Cancellations, Changes & No-Show
- Cancellation and amendment charges are governed by supplier rules.
- TripTasia Travels service charges are non-refundable.
- No-shows may result in 100% cancellation charges with no refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are subject to supplier approval.
- Processing time may range from 14 to 45 working days or more, depending on suppliers.
- Refunds will be processed only after receipt from the supplier.
Visa Assistance & Immigration Disclaimer
- Visa assistance is provided on abest-effort basis only.
- Approval or refusal is solely the decision of the issuing authority.
- Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.
Health, Safety & Travel Responsibility
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring medical fitness to travel.
- The Company is not liable for health issues, quarantine requirements, or denied entry due to health regulations.
Airlines, Baggage & Special Services
- Baggage allowance, seat selection, meals, and special services are governed by airline policies.
- The Company does not guarantee seats, meals, or special requests.
Hotels, Tours & Ground Services
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by hotel rules.
- Room categories, views, and proximity are subject to availability.
- Tour itineraries may be altered due to operational, weather, or safety reasons without compensation.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
The Company bears no responsibility for losses that could have been covered by insurance.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events, including pandemics, government actions, airline insolvency, or security situations.
Limitation of Liability
TripTasia Travels maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.
Client Conduct
The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services without refund if a traveler engages in unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
Client data is handled confidentially and shared only with suppliers as required for service delivery, in accordance with applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, documents, and materials are the exclusive property of TripTasia Travels and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
Amendments
TripTasia Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Umrah & Religious Travel Conditions
- Umrah and religious travel services are provided strictly as a facilitation service.
- Umrah visa issuance is solely at the discretion of Saudi authorities.
- Mahram compliance, passport validity, and documentation are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
- Hotel distance descriptions are approximate and subject to change.
- Umrah packages are generally non-refundable once visa processing begins .
- The Company is not liable for religious regulation changes, deportation, or penalties.
Corporate Travel & B2B Contract Terms
- Corporate and B2B services operate on a prepayment basis unless credit is approved in writing.
- All B2B net rates are strictly confidential.
- The B2B partner is responsible for passenger accuracy, fare rules, and advisories.
- The Company may terminate B2B access for payment default, policy breach, or reputational risk.
Legal Disclaimer for Invoices & Quotations
Important Notice:
- This invoice/quotation is subject to TripTasia Travels Terms & Conditions.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment and final issuance.
- Service fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
- TripTasia Travels acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for supplier defaults, visa refusal, or force majeure events.
- Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours.
Payment against this invoice constitutes acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
